Bike to Work Week 2009 Dates Announced

Every day, more Americans choose to forgo their automobiles and ride their bicycles to work. People ride to work for many reasons: for exercise, to save money, to help the environment or to see their communities in a whole new light. Biking to work is one of the fastest-growing trends in the country!

Milwaukee Riverkeeper wins $10,000!

Milwaukee Riverkeeper came in second place in the Network/MillerCoors grant contest that pledged $10,000 each to four organizations with the most online votes and will use that money for its Volunteer Water Monitoring program!
