The Stewardship and Restoration Manager (Steward) oversees the stewardship of properties owned and/or managed by the Ozaukee Washington Land Trust (OWLT). This position operates under the coordinated direction of the OWLT Land Protection Specialist, Operations Director and the Stewardship Crew Sub-committee. This position will work closely with the Office/Volunteer Manager (Manager) to implement restoration and management strategies through volunteer workers.

The Steward will focus on developing and implementing the following:

• OWLT properties management, stewardship and restoration plans.
• Volunteer workforce development and training with the Manager.
• Relationship development.
• Long-term property planning and evaluation.
