This job helps to publicize the dangers of dumping pollutants into storm drains, which drain to our rivers and lakes. Volunteers mark storm drains with a marker that reads "No Dumping - Drains to River". Markers are also available in Spanish. This project is great for student groups. Students will learn about the connection between their streets and the rivers and lake, while also lending a hand to keep the rivers clean.

Time Commitment: Usually 2 hours of marking at a time. Weather must be above 60 degrees.
