Now Online: New Great Lakes Teaching Resource

Wisconsin educators have a new go-to resource with the unveiling of the Wisconsin Great Lakes Education Clearinghouse network.

The online Great Lakes clearinghouse adds a new dimension to a statewide website already rich in environmental information for teachers in this state: Environmental Education in Wisconsin, at www.eeinwisconsin.org.

New Arboretum Planned for Milwaukee's Central Park

The Journal-Sentinel reported that plans were unveiled for a newly - fashioned park along the Milwaukee River. It relies heavily on existing public land (known as Milwaukee's Central Park) to help make a slice of green space on the city's east side become more user-friendly.
